学生に何を求めているのか、何を共有し、どんな結果を出すべきかを明確にすることで、彼らは確実に高いパフォーマンスを発揮します。多くのIIT生が外国に出て働くことを望んでいます。彼らは異文化に対する学びへのモチベーションを常に高く保っており、現地の言語や宗教、文化について学ぶことに意欲的です。 PIITsはこのような学生達のニーズに応えることができる素晴らしいプログラムです。 そして、学生が働く国や会社を理解しようとするのと同時に、日本企業もまた、学生を「同僚」として受け入れる必要があります。彼らの文化や人間性を理解し、共に働く意識を根付くことを期待しています。 The IIT students are no doubt high performers as long as they know clearly what they need to do, what results they need to deliver and share. Many of the IIT students love to work in other countries. They are always highly motivated to learn about other cultures and are eager to learn the local language, religion and culture. PIITs is a great program that can meet the needs of these students. At the same time that the students want to understand the countries and companies where they work, Japanese companies also need to accept the students as "colleagues". We expect the Japanese companies to understand the students' culture and humanity, and establish a sense of cooperation with them.
